To ensure successful service delivery, Clients agree to:

  • respond to communication and approvals in a timely manner
  • provide required access to platforms (such as social media accounts, advertising platforms, or websites) when necessary

Delays in client feedback, approvals, or access may impact timelines and deliverables. Socialmbt is not responsible for delays caused by missing client input.

6. Intellectual Property

All proprietary strategies, frameworks, internal processes, templates, and methodologies used by Socialmbt remain the intellectual property of the Company.

Upon full payment for services, Clients retain ownership of final deliverables produced specifically for them, unless otherwise stated in the agreement.

Socialmbt reserves the right to display non-confidential work, campaign results, or creative materials in portfolios, case studies, or marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Confidentiality

Both Socialmbt and the Client agree to keep confidential information private.

Socialmbt may contact businesses or individuals using publicly available contact information for legitimate business outreach related to our services.

Recipients may opt out of receiving further communications at any time by responding with a request to unsubscribe or stop communication.

Either Socialmbt or the Client may terminate a service agreement with written notice, subject to the terms outlined in the specific contract.

In the event of termination:

  • the Client must pay for all work completed up to the termination date
  • any outstanding invoices become immediately due
  • services will cease once termination is confirmed
